Manufacturing Air Tools in Yueqing Since 1993

Zhejiang East Pneumatic Machinery Co., Ltd. runs 8,000 m² of its own plant — 5 assembly lines, 50 CNC machines and 700,000 tools a year — shipped to distributors and workshops in 50+ countries.

Why we exist

Honest value — tools that cost less to buy and less to own.

We don't build tools to win spec-sheet comparisons. We build them so a distributor can hold a price point and a workshop can keep working without babysitting its equipment. That is why our catalogue stays deliberately concentrated on the models professionals actually reorder, and why we keep machining, assembly and inspection under one roof.

Our Story

Three Decades Of Building Tools

From a single product line to a fully digitalised plant — the milestones that shaped how we work.

1993

Company founded, concentrating on air screwdrivers.

1998

Range extended into air sanders and air polishers, reaching close to 50 models.

2005

Entered the export market — the start of our international business.

2010

Automation programme launched: robotic loading on machining cells, then automated assembly lines designed and built by our own engineers.

2023

Plant digitalisation completed with WMS and MES systems deployed across production and warehousing.

2024

Brushless electric sander range finished and launched, targeted at auto body sanding and paint finishing — now a core product family.

2026

New plant commissioned; total owned floor space reaches 8,000 m².

Manufacturing

What Happens Under Our Roof

Machining, assembly and final inspection all run in-house, so we control tolerance, torque and delivery instead of renegotiating them with subcontractors.

Machining

50 CNC machines and machining centres produce the housings, cylinders and rotors that decide how long a tool survives on a production line.

Assembly

5 assembly lines, several of them automated. The automation itself was designed and built by our own team, which means we can re-tool it for a new model in weeks, not quarters.

Output

700,000 tools a year. Volume like this is what lets a distributor commit to a programme instead of placing one-off orders.

Traceability

WMS and MES systems went live in 2023 and now track material, work-in-progress and finished goods across the plant.

Quality Control

A dedicated QC team checks every unit before packing — torque, free speed, air consumption and noise are verified against the model's spec.

Engineering

Our own engineers develop new models end to end, from the 2024 brushless electric sander programme to OEM variants built for partner brands.
