This site is operated by Zhejiang East Pneumatic Machinery Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of air and electric tools based in Yueqing, Zhejiang, China. We sell to distributors, importers and industrial buyers on a business-to-business basis; we do not sell to consumers through this website.
We only collect information you send us yourself, through the enquiry and quotation forms:
The quotation basket on this site is stored in your own browser's local storage so that your selected models are not lost between pages. It is not transmitted until you submit an enquiry.
We use your details for one purpose only: to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and follow up on orders and after-sales service you ask us about. We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone, and we do not use them for advertising profiles.
Enquiry correspondence is retained in our sales mailbox for as long as needed to serve the commercial relationship and to meet our accounting and tax record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete earlier correspondence at any time.
This site uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Local storage is used solely to remember the models in your quotation basket on your own device. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us and we will action the request.
These terms apply to export quotations and orders issued by Zhejiang East Pneumatic Machinery Co., Ltd. They cover business-to-business sales only. Any variation agreed in writing on an order confirmation or proforma invoice takes precedence.
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise, and are subject to confirmation at the time of order. Prices are exclusive of freight, insurance and duties unless the quotation states an Incoterm.
Lead times are indicative and start from the date all specifications, artwork and deposits are confirmed. Peak seasons and custom tooling programmes may require longer.
Every tool carries a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of shipment. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts at our discretion. It does not cover:
Warranty claims should be sent with the model number, serial reference where applicable, order date and photographs of the defect.
CE and RoHS documentation is held for the models listed on our certificates page. We will confirm which documents apply to the specific models you are buying before your order is confirmed. It remains the importer's responsibility to verify that the documentation satisfies the requirements of the destination market.
We support OEM and ODM programmes, including private-label marking, custom packaging and specification adjustments. Tooling, artwork setup and minimum quantities for private-label runs are quoted per project.
Payment terms, currency, delivery Incoterm and shipping method are as stated on the proforma invoice for each order. Risk passes in accordance with the agreed Incoterm.
Our liability on any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including production downtime or lost profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are to be settled by friendly negotiation first; failing that, they are submitted to the competent court in the place where our registered company is located.
